Arid-Sierra ISO work in progress

So, OK, I gotta go thorugh that 3 hour 46 minute C tutorial and then adapt those skills to make an OS. So... just wait.

About 2 hours in. After that's finished, I gotta work on learning OS-dev-specific stuff.

Will merge and rename to ISCCS-1.
